At Formula Propeller & Marine all new and used propeller sales are final, except in unusual circumstances.  Our goal is to educate our customers, as much as possible, in order to make a final decision on the correct propeller purchase, before it is purchased.  When purchasing a new Stainless Steel Propeller it can be exchanged within 30 days from the purchase date, for a different pitch.  However, if there is any damage to the propeller it is the customer's responsibility to pay the cost to repair the propeller (costs vary).  All aluminum and used propeller sales are final and there is no exchange program available.

In very special situations when there is a question of what pitch propeller would work best for overall maximum performance, we will allow the customer to checkout (on loan) the pitch propellers that will most likely work the best. The customer must give us their credit card number to hold until the propellers are returned (within the same day). There is a lake nearby Formula Propeller & Marine where the propellers can be tested. If there is any damage to the propeller while on loan, it is the customer's responsibility to pay the cost to repair the propeller (costs vary).

Formula Propeller & Marine accepts cash, personal checks, Visa and MasterCard as methods of payment. There is a $30.00 service charge on all returned personal checks.
